We recommend NHS and private healthcare provider regularly review their clinical governance provisions, systems, processes, standards, and the extent to which these are part of daily life for staff on wards. Our extensive experience in this field ranges from supporting hospitals to establish their clinical governance provisions through to investigating and making recommendations for improvement when things have gone wrong. We also regularly support trusts in their preparations for HM Coroner's court hearings in the event of fatalities.
